This is pretty much Nittaku's version of the Clipper. 7 ply wood, very stiff, but compared to the Clipper it's about 5-8 grams lighter, but that comes at a much higher price tag ~ $90 or so. In a way the build quality does justify the higher price tag, but the playability is very similar. It's stiff, it's fast, and it's very stable. Medium throw angle makes it suitable to use with many different kinds of rubbers.

I played the Chinese penhold version of this blade, and handle is quite a bit wider and fatter than other Nittaku high end blades such as Acoustic or Violin.

Overall this is a very good blade, but nothing spectacular.
