Power 40 (Tibhar)

The new developed TIBHAR blade produces unbelievable power. This power is the result of 7 plies the blade has and its shorter grip, what shifts the centre of gravity forward. If you think that such a blade is difficult to control you are wrong. TIBHAR succeeded to give this offensive blade enough control, so to enable the player to control and play precisely when producing passive shots like blocking or pushing. When playing aggressive shots this blade has the point making catapult effect.

This is certainly one of the best blade you can find for control and explosive power when you need, unfortunately no famous player plays with it so is not in big consideration, try it with xiom rubbers, wonderful marriage.

Power 40 is a quite cheap, heavy and stable off blade. It plays pretty similar to the Stiga Clipper. It's quite hard and stiff, but it has some flexibility. I tend to like stiff blades with a soft feeling, so this is quite an opposite of what I really like, but I think it actually played nice! Nice control from mid distance and good for looping with spin close to the table. Not the best blade for blocking, but it blocks quite nicely to. So it's a good blade for people who like to loop from both wings a bit from the table. But it still has the feeling to go close to the table and do a slow block, or make a drop shot to mix up the game. Btw this blade is awesome for occasional chopping! I played it with Tenergy 64 2.1 both sides. The quality is nothing special, but it's got a solid feeling and has got a nice clean design.
